Established in 1996, the Metro High School Police Academy is made up of 7 police departments that work together to form a partnerships with area schools, service organizations and local law enforcement training academies.



This very unique program offers interested high school juniors and seniors a hands-on look at law enforcement.  Through this experience students can decide if law enforcement is the right career choice for them. The academy lays a solid foundation for students that graduate and go into law enforcement.
